Windows 11 KB5037853 out with File Explorer features, Microsoft account manager in the Start menu and more. This is an optional update that needs to download and installed manually from Settings - Windows Update and hit check for updates. Installing KB5037853 advance to Windows 11 Build 22631.3672.
Windows 11 KB5037853 include ‘drag and drop’ support in File Explorer’s address bar. Microsoft noted, You can now use your mouse to drag files between breadcrumbs in the File Explorer address bar. A breadcrumb shows the path to your current file location in the address bar.
This update also adds a page to Settings - Accounts called Linked Devices, allow you to manage your PCs and Xbox console. Microsoft noted, This page only shows on Home and Pro editions when you sign in to Windows using your Microsoft account (MSA).
After install the update, Start menu now features a new account manager that will encourage you to use a Microsoft account if you’re using a local account. This feature also makes it easy to manage your account settings.
Also You can now create quick response (QR) codes for webpage URLs and cloud files from the Windows share window. Select the share button in the Microsoft Edge toolbar and choose “Windows share options.” Then, you can share the URLs and files across your devices.
Microsoft also fixed an issue where File Explorer could take up to two minutes to launch when you pin a folder to Quick Access. This update also addresses an issue that displays a hidden window. Its title bar has no content and no client area. This occurs when you share your screen using certain apps.
